 SAP System monitoring and performance management

 SAP Server installations for Testing

 SAP Backup monitoring

 Client creation/deletion & Settings Maintenance

 SAP O.S./ Base O.S. windows updates/Performance/Security tuning

 SAP Kernel / Support package upgrade/Performance/Security tuning

 MS SQL upgrade/Performance/Security tuning

 SAP Content server administration / monitoring

 User Id creation / authorization / inactivation / Usage monitoring

 SOP revision and ensuring its implementation

 SAP SNOTE implementation

 Disaster Recovery site monitoring / management

 Backup & Restoration testing of SAP as per SOP.

 SAP System related CSV document

 Co-ordination and helping the CTMs in Authorization revamp

 Should work in coordination with IT Team and business teams as per requirement

 Playing active role in various SAP system audits (IFC/Statutory/User License audit & management etc.)

 Performing request transport from Development \ Quality \ Production.

 Support (on call / vide e-mail) to users of SAP System at Plants

 Performing co-ordination with internal department for documentation related work (SOP/URS preparation/CR related to SOP changes/Maintenance of User ids & Transport request documents etc.)

 ABAP knowledge would be added advantage
