- He / She should have experience in AMS projects.
- Should be conversant with designing and configuring SAP SD module.
- Ability to multitask and manage deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Ability to understand business processes from customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively interact with others.
- Must have a “Can Do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility.
- Good communication skills.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- He/She will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
- Should perform a detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document client requirements.
- Facilitate workshop to collect business requirements
- Design, customize, configure and test.
- Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.
- Address high-priority issues and handle emergency transports.
- Document functional design, test cases, test scripts and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Will provide consulting services for new implementation and existing support projects.
- Will provide training and hand-holding to the users.
- May work as SME to junior members.
- Will be willing to travel on-site if required for implementation and requirement gathering.
- Must be willing to work in client timing (India/Asia Pacific/US/GMT), depending on the type of project.
