Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • He/She will facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
  • Should perform a detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  • Identify, interpret, validate and document client requirements.
  • Facilitate workshop to collect business requirements
  • Design, customize, configure and test.
  • Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.
  • Address high-priority issues and handle emergency transports.
  • Document functional design, test cases, test scripts and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
  • Will provide consulting services for new implementation and existing support projects.
  • Will provide training and hand-holding to the users.
  • May work as SME to junior members.
  • Will be willing to travel on-site if required for implementation and requirement gathering.
  • Must be willing to work in client timing (India/Asia Pacific/US/GMT), depending on the type of project.
