Job Description
- The candidate should have experience as a Delivery Head with 10 years or more of relevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services and Implementation for SAP systems (S/4HANA and/or ECC).
- The candidate should be located in Delhi/NCR.
- Candidate should have expertise in his own SAP module.
- Should be able to help the sales team with pre-sales, effort estimation, and project timelines.
- Project Management for new and ongoing projects.
- Managing Delivery managers
- Customer Handling (Client Communication and Relationship Management)
- Analyse customer’s requirements, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals.
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.
- Project planning, monitoring, and control including risk assessment and timely escalation to the stakeholders to ensure timely resolution thereby ensuring the zero/minimal impact on the project timelines, budget or quality.
- If the candidate is a technical guy then he should understand functional modules and vice versa.
- Candidate should have expertise in AMS Handling.
- Implementing AMS Protocol
- Team Performance monitoring
- Process Improvement
- Performing resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery requirement
- Responsible to recruit, hire, train, and supervise delivery team members.
- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
- The Delivery Head will be an escalation point and accountable for the service delivery
- New IT Partner onboarding.
- Knowledge of new SAP and industry products like BTP, RISE with SAP, SAP Signavio, SAP Private/Public Cloud, Cloud etc.
