Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

  • The candidate will provide SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and support.
  • He/she will collaborate with clients to understand their production and quality management requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.
  • Configure SAP PP/QM modules to align with business processes, ensuring optimal performance and user-friendliness.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure effective end-user adoption.
  • Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide post-implementation support to clients.

Production Planning (PP) Key Responsibilities: -

  • Configure and maintain SAP PP modules to support the organization's production processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement production planning solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize production schedules.
  • Handle capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Streamline order execution and shop floor control.
  • Knowledge of MRP Configuration, RICEFW, LSMW, BAPI, BADI,3Party Integration, MES, Idoc.
  • Plant rollout, Order type configuration, ECN Management, Batch management.

Quality Management (QM) Key Responsibilities: -

  • Configure and maintain SAP QM modules to support quality control and assurance processes.
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies.
  • Establish quality control plans and inspection procedures.
  • Manage quality inspections, tests, and certifications.
  • Handle non-conformance management and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Monitor and analyse quality data for continuous improvement.
