Job Description

Experience Level: 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and support.

Collaborate with clients to understand their production and quality management requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.

Configure SAP PP/QM modules to align with business processes, ensuring optimal performance and user-friendliness.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure effective end-user adoption.

Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and support user acceptance testing.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide post-implementation support to clients.

Production Planning (PP): -

Configure and maintain SAP PP modules to support the organization's production processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement production planning solutions that align with business objectives.

Monitor and optimize production schedules.

  Handle capacity planning and resource allocation.


Streamline order execution and shop floor control.

Knowledge of MRP Configuration, RICEFW, LSMW, BAPI, BADI,3Party Integration, MES, Idoc,

Plant rollout, Order type configuration, ECN Management, Batch management,


Quality Management (QM): -

Configure and maintain SAP QM modules to support quality control and assurance processes.

Develop and implement quality management strategies.


Establish quality control plans and inspection procedures.

Manage quality inspections, tests, and certifications.

Handle non-conformance management and corrective/preventive actions.


Monitor and analyze quality data for continuous improvement.
