Job Description
- Delivery Head with 10 years or more of relevant Service Delivery experience in Managed Services and Implementation for SAP systems (S/4HANA and/or ECC)
- Should be located in Delhi/NCR
- Candidate should have expertise in his own SAP module
- Should be able to help sales team in Pre-sales, effort estimation and Project Timelines.
- Project Management for new and ongoing projects
- Managing Delivery managers
- Customer Handling (Client Communication and Relationship Management)
- Analyse customer’s requirement, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals.
- Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments.
- Project planning, monitoring, and control including risk assessment and timely escalation to the stakeholders to ensure timely resolution thereby ensuring the zero/minimal impact to the project timelines, budget or quality
- If candidate is a technical guy then he should have understanding of functional modules and vice versa.
- AMS Handling
- Implementing AMS Protocol
- Team Performance monitoring
- Process Improvement
- Performing resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery requirement
- Responsible to recruit, hire, train, and supervise delivery team members.
- Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
- The Delivery Head will be an escalation point and accountable for the service delivery
- New IT Partner on-boarding
- Knowledge of new SAP and industry products like BTP, RISE with SAP, SAP Signavio, SAP Private/Public Cloud, Cloud etc.
